Mario founded Doyle Security Services (DSS) in 2005 with a team of security industry
and law enforcement experts. Since then, DSS has grown into one of the New York
metropolitan region’s premier security and life safety services providers, deploying over
a thousand protection professionals for high-profile clients at sensitive, highly trafficked
locations. In 2006, Mario was appointed by the Nassau County Police Commissioner to
serve as the Director for the Nassau County Police Department’s - Law Enforcement
Exploring program. The Law Enforcement Exploring program provides hands-on and
educational training programs for young adults on the purposes, mission, and objectives
of law enforcement. The primary goals of the program are to help young adults choose
a career path within law enforcement and to challenge them to become responsible
citizens of their communities and our great nation. Mario has also served in senior
leadership roles at professional associations such as ASIS International and the
Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State (ALDONYS). He is an active
member of National Law Enforcement Associates, Inc., the Nassau County Municipal
Police Chief’s Association, and serves as the Director of the Nassau County Police
Foundation and is a Board Member of the Suffolk County Police Athletic League.
